Mr. Gorodetsky is a senior associate at the firm. Mr. Gorodetsky has been involved with all aspects of complex commercial litigation and landlord-tenant matters, including numerous appearances in Housing Court and Supreme Court, trial preparation, motion practice, and the management and supervision of voluminous electronic discovery. Mr. Gorodetsky also assists clients in acquisitions and sales of commercial and residential real property, and the negotiation and preparation of residential and commercial leases. He is a member of both the New York and New Jersey bars.

Mr. Gorodetsky is a graduate of Pace University’s Pforzheimer Honors College (B.S. 2016), and of Cardozo School of Law (J.D. 2021).
